Free Socialist Internet

The digital divide is widening.

From TVs to tablets, more and more devices are becoming connected to the internet. But while a growing number of individuals are accessing the internet for the first time, too many are being left behind in the digital dark age.

In 2004, the City of Philadelphia announced to the world its intention to make wireless internet available across the entire city. Due to incompetence and corporate greed, the project failed spectacularly.

Philly Socialists believes that access to information and the ability to communicate with your loved ones is a universal right. That's why we've launched Free Socialist Internet.

In an age of ubiquitous internet, everyone deserves the right to participate.

The Socialists say: When the government can't do it, when the capitalists won't do it, we the people are compelled take the future into our own hands.
